Description:
RG-JZ600N is a cross-linking type polymer emulsion thickener containing an acidic group. When it is neutralized with water and diluted with a base, the latex particles rapidly expand. Under such conditions, the emulsion will become clear and Very sticky.
RG-JZ600N can effectively improve the low shear viscosity and make the coating system have higher pseudoplasticity. The coating prepared with RG-JZ600N as the main thickener has a higher yield value and gel structure. This structure will be expressed after the shear force disappears. Therefore, RG-JZ600N is suitable for formulating coatings with moderate three-dimensional effect. .
RG-JZ600N also reduces roll splattering compared to high molecular weight cellulosic thickeners. Because it does not contain cellulose, its antimicrobial and enzymatic invasive ability is high, so the viscosity of the coating can be stable for a long time.

Instructions:
1. The pH of the coating or emulsion is adjusted with ammonia or alkali to a pH of 8.0-9.0.
2. Dilute RG-JZ600N directly or in water at a ratio of 1:1.
3. The diluted RG-JZ600N was slowly added under low-speed agitation.
4. The viscosity of the coating was measured while stirring, and after the predetermined viscosity was reached, the addition of the thickener was stopped.
The specific process should be adjusted as appropriate according to the test.
