Brown aluminium oxide abrasive are usually used for sandblasting because of its angular shape, good hardness and good toughness. Its purpose is to make the workpiece have a certain bonding surface through brown aluminium oxide sandblasting.

    Hot Dip Galvanizing Process Pretreatment
     

    The pretreatment of hot-dip galvanizing process adopts pickling and phosphating processes. There will be acid and alkali residues on the surface of the workpiece, making the hot-dip galvanizing layer easy to fall off. In the Zinc spray, aluminum spray process, the pretreatment adopts the sandblasting process with brown aluminium oxide abrasive media.
     

    The Brown aluminium oxide grits are of angular shape, good hardness and good toughness.After sandblasting, the surface of the workpiece is very clean and rough, with sa≥2.5, good coating adhesion, and tensile strength≥0.6kg/mm2.
     

    After the surface is sprayed with zinc and aluminum, there will be no corrosion from the inside to the outside, so that the zinc layer will not fall off.
