It is Acrylonitrile-styrene acrylate rubber ternary polymer - ASA for short.
2. Why is ASA-PVC fadeless
ASA is a kind of amorphous terpolymer, does not include double bon. The carbonyl and nitrile in macromolecular chain have strong UV and weather resistance ability. What's more, the structure of Benzene is very stable, so it can better resist UV and keep color stable.

4. Why does ASA-PVC co-extruded product slip resistant and wear resistant?

Production Processing Technique and Technology Difference
For the core layer of ASA Coextruded Bamboo Plastic Composite, modified PVC resin,calcium powder are used, and the mineral substance high fiber ,high quality bamboo fiber ,compatilizer and other additive have been added . And the co-extrusion layer uses the ASA macromolecule terpolymer materials without double bonds ,which is the world's latest technology . ASA processes the strong capacity of anti UV, color stability and weather resistance. The processing technique and technical requirement is recognized as a highest level in this industry.
While for the core layer of coextruded Wood Plastic Composite,PE or PVC Resin,wood powder ,calcium powder and additive are used,and modified PE or PVC are used to strengthen the Co-extrusion lay surface.The processing technique and technical requirement is lower . A common WPC factory who has a co-extrusion equipment can produce this product.
ASA Coextruded Bamboo Plastic Compoiste products adopt the high-tech means ,which has greatly increase the capacity of the bending strengh,tensile strength ,compressive and impact strength, and the dimention stability.
