2.Heat Treatment Process
The quenching temperature is 950 ~ 1150 ºC, and the quenching hardness is ≥ 60HRC
3.Application
a) It is mainly used as the die for silicon steel sheet. It is used for drawing and blanking die with high wear resistance and simple shape under the condition of small dynamic load.
B it is used for manufacturing punch, die and insert with high wear resistance and complex shape in bending die. When making punch and die, it is recommended that the hardness is 60-64hcr.
c) It is recommended that the hardness of the die should be 62-64hcr.
d) It is suggested that the hardness of punch used for cold extrusion die of aluminum parts should be 60-62hcr.
e) It is used for bending elastic steel plate with carbon content of 0.65% ~ 0.80%, and its hardness is 60 ~ 62Hrc.
f) It can be used for blanking die, punch, rolling wheel, scissors, cold pier die and clay die.
g) It can be used for thermosetting plastic forming mould, etc.
