Operate mechanism
main technical parameters of operating mechanism

1.manual energy storage operation force adopts the energy storage handle of the mechanism when the maximum operating force is small 25kgf.

2 over current trip electromagnet:over current release is supplied by current transformer,and the overcurrent release is rated at 5A.

3.current transformer ratio:50/5.75/5,100/5,150/5,200/5,400/5 and 630/5 can be installed according to user needs.

4.surge current protector over current delay time:accordint to user needs can be adjusted to 200ms,400ms,600ms,800ms,1200ms or 3S,user adjustment.

Working principle
The product is made up of two parts of circuit breaker body and operation mechanism. The scheme is composed of three parts: the breaker body, the actuating mechanism and the isolating switch.
The main body of the circuit breaker is composed of a conductive circuit, an insulation system, a sealing element and a shell. The whole conductive loop is connected to the incoming and outgoing
conductor bar, the insulation support of the incoming and outgoing line, the conductive clip, the soft connection and the vacuum interrupter.

The product adopts outdoor epoxy resin or silicone rubber inlet bushing, and the distance between charged body and ground is greater than 190mm. The shell is sealed with composite insulation structure inside. It has the characteristics of anti-condensation and anti-fouling. The insulation level is high. The whole structure is three phase common box.

Circuit breakers can be provided with isolating switches to form visible visible fractures. The isolating switch is composed of isolation knife, static contact, insulation bracket, mounting bracket, operation system and other components. There is a reliable interlock device between the circuit breaker and the isolator. 

Product has a manual spring operating mechanism, which has the functions of manual energy storage, manual separation and overcurrent protection.
principle of operation: the vacuum circuit breaker uses the principle of plasma rapidly dispersing and extinguishing the arc when the current flows through the zero point in high real air, and completes the task of breaking the current.
