The main factors that cause material aging are sunlight and moisture. Weathering chambers can simulate hazards caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The weathering test chamber uses xenon lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight, condensation moisture to simulate rain and dew, and the tested material is placed at a certain temperature in a cycle program of alternating light and moisture, and the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years can be reproduced in a few days or weeks. Accelerated aging test data can help select new materials, modify existing materials, and evaluate how changes affect the durability of products.
The air-cooled xenon lamp weather resistance test chamber adopts a long-shaft fan motor and a stainless steel multi-type impeller resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve the vertical diffusion cycle of strength convection.
