We set foot to the self-adhesive industry through the establishment of DeLiBao Adhesive Paper Co., Ltd. In 1993, and began to focus on R&D of professional self-adhesive material production. In 2006, our predecessor "Foshan JinDeHui label material Co., Ltd. " was formally established. During 2006 to 2021, We had been gradually improved manufacturing equipment and cultivated professional technicians to boost production efficiency; We owned 7 production lines and finally achieved vertical production to some extent. At the same time, we attached great importance to product quality control and customer service, the company turnover and the marker share has been significantly increased. For this year 2022, we purchased more than 70, 000 square meters of new land to further expand our company scale, our new company named Zhaoqing JinDeHui New Material Technology Co., Ltd. Locates in 16th Huiyuan Avenue, SiHui ZhaoQing City, Guangdong, China. Now we built a more efficient production line with intelligent production capacity through establishing brand new ERP system as well as importing high-end equipments including more than ten rewinding, sheet cutting and slitting machines. Our most advanced acrylic and hotmelt coating machine are from Nordson USA, its largest width and winding diameter of the jumble roll could be 1500mm and 1200mm respectively. Today We totally have 9 automated production lines, which include Paper-PE lamination, silicone oil coating, acrylic glue coating, hotmelt glue coating and solvent based glue coating, to reache the 40000000 m2 of production capaciry. In addition, the second phase of our ongoing project has added dust-free workshops as to better meet the needs of product diversity, innovation, customizability, and product precision.
