Description:
1. This kind of machine has easy operation system, it uses automatic temperature control and automatic watering system.It can make soybean,black bean, mung bean, broad bean, barley,wheat, alfalfaetc. The size of the bean sprout is adjustable according to your needs.

People only need to put soybean into the boxes, it can automatic produce bean sprouts. 1 kg soybean can produce about 8-12kg bean sprouts.
We have two kinds of this machine. One kind has one cabinet, another kind has two cabinets, they have the same capacity, but the kind of two cabinets can be controlled and adjusted separately and more convenient than the one cabinet.

The  process of the bean sprout spraying line is as following :
   A : Soaking seeds : the water temperature for soaking mung bean seeds is about 30 °c ,and for soybean seeds is about 20 °c and the time need to soaking seeds is about 5-6 hours .

  B : Put the seeds in hatching barrels . The import sectors for you to make good quality sprouts are as following
1: keep the temperate within 20-25 °c in barrels and room . 2: no light meet during making sprouts . 3:Every time after using the barrels ,must sterilize strictly

  C : Washing and remove the sheller of the sprouts , we have big capacity bean sprout washing and sheller removing machine which can help you clean the sprouts in high efficient .
