Description: the neoprene rubber sheet, neoprene lining are made by drum vulcanizer(ROTOCURE) or plate vulcanizer with high quality neoprene rubber.The neoprene rubber, chloroprene(CR) is the common name for the organic compound, this synthetic rubber sheet is better known to the public as neoprene. It exhibits good chemical stability and maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range, resistance of degradation is better than natural rubber sheet or any other synthetic rubber sheet. This make is very suitable for demanding application such as gaskets, hoses, corrosion resistant lining. It is resists to burning better than other synthetic hydrocarbon based rubbers. Resulting in it appearance in weather stripping for fire doors, electrical control box and transformer. Neoprene rubber is used as load bearing base in civil engineering especially for bridge construction. Neoprene rubber sheet is an all purposes elastomer with an extremely versatile synthetic rubber used in every industries applications. Neoprene rubber excellent on resists to degradation from sun, ozone and weather, performs well in contact with oils and chemicals. Neoprene rubber maintains its strength, flexibility, twisting and elongation very well over a wide temperature range while having outstanding physical toughness. The neoprene rubber sheet is under middling hardness and high tensile strength, excellent performance of acid and alkali-resistance, ozone-resistant, ageing-resistant, chemical corrosion resistant, seawater-resistant without smell. 0.5-10mm thickness made by drum vulcanizer(ROTOCURE) with shiny surface, 12-100mm thickness made by plate vulcanizer for higher thickness. Working in the liquid which contain 20% acid or alkali at the temperature of -30°C - +120°C. Apply for all kinds of seals, gaskets, chemical container lining or others on the mechanical equipments.
