1. What's the minimum order MOQ?
30pc for alu alloy ebike, 50pc for steel ebike
2. How long is delivery time?
30 days to 45 days, depend on model and quantity
3. Can I order spare parts?
Yes, we have all parts list available for our models
4. How about warranty ?
alloy frame 36 months, motor 12 months, lithium battery 18 months, controller 12 months.
5.How about the shipping ?
We can arrange to ship the container, or you may have your own forwarder.
We deliver sample by airmail express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS etc.
6. Is sample available?
Yes, sample order is acceptable, but there will be extra cost.
7.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end of the production. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.
8. What certificate do you have for electric scooter?
Every electric scooter has CE/EMC and MSDS certificate
9. Could I use my own LOGO or design on goods?
Yes. When order quantity is 40GQ container or more, you can use your own LOGO or your language manual etc,
