It has two sets of open-type headbox and double overlayer wire section. Forming section uses cantilever-type to change wire, section steel weld rack. Wet web dryness (out of wire section): 20%. Stock approaching density: 0.3-0.8%; wire width: 3650mm; wire table length: surface wire: 7000mm; bottom wire: 19500mm. Max working pressure of polyester wire: 6N/mm.

Press section has two stages of double-felt vacuum press. It has two press nips, using pneumatic pressurizing. Besides, the press section is equipped with all kinds of guide rolls, expander rolls, correctors, tensioners, high and low voltage shower pipes, suction box, blade and walking board, etc. Combined-type box-shape rack, section steel welding, sheet dryness (out of press section): 44-48%.Felt's max. working tension: 4.5N/m.

In order to ensure the drying ability, this proposal has 30 sets of dryer cylinders. Each dry wire has one set of pneumatic corrector and tensioner. The drive side of drying section uses open-type big gear wheel drive, each group of dryer cylinder has 6 sets of big gear wheels, the rest dryer cylinders are driven by dry wire. Rack is welded box-type. All dryer cylinder use rolling bearing, which are divided into group: 10+10+sizing machine +1+9. Dry felt max. working tension: 5N/m.

It uses AC variable frequency motor, sectional drive. Main drive has 17 drive points, each drive point is separately consisting of a AC variable frequency motor, hard tooth surface reduction box, coupling and soleplate, etc. Motor speed: 1500rpm, voltage: 380V.

Equipped with configuration, inverter, controller with variable frequency cabinet, work station. Frequency converter for ABB brand.
