Mechanical layout * The drum and the shell are make of stainless steel (except for the back). * The blowholes are covered at the drum densely. Hot air goes through the blowholes easily to evaporate the water of linens. * Special thermal energy recycling technique can lead the thermal energy on the surface of the machine back into heater. This design can increase the utility ratio of thermal energy, save drying time and cost, reduce thermal radiation from the machine to heating roomage. * Main body of machine is sealed carefully to increase the utility ratio of thermal energy. * Heater is setup by efficientelectrothermal tube which has high heat energypercent conversion. * Electric box, motor and blower are set in back of the machine. Dryer can be set side by side. Controlment * Computer controller can setup the drying temperature, drying time, rotation cycly and cooling time. Safety * There is one safety mechanism on the loading gate to prevent the gate is opened unexpectedly when the machine is running.
