1200C Silicon Carbide Heating Three Zone Horizontal Tube Tubular Furnace laboratory
This Series is three zone tube furnace is designed for calcining inorganic compound with better uniformity, widely used in laboaatory test analysis.
SYN-T1200 series furnace are split-able tube furnace with sic silicon carbide heating element. The furnace is installed with SS310 tube with a pair of smart stainless steel vacuum sealing flange and valve / gauge which allows to heat sample under vacuum or flowing gas condition up to 1200ºC. Precision temperature controller can provide 51 segments heating and cooling steps with +/- 1 ºC accuracy.
Tube can be optional
We can offer SS310 tube, quartz tube, Alundum ceramic tube or others for the titable rotary tube furnace, as your requiement, we will design the furnace for you.
