Our product's design combined JIS standard and DIN standard, which made structure and function of product more reasonable and advantaged. The material of moulding adopted Cr12MOV and heat treatment adopted the integral quenching which can control the mould's hardness within HRC50± 3 degree, it ensure that the service life of mould not less than 150000 PCS/set.

We have been devoted ourselves to our mould quality. We use Mastercam software programming in order to ensure moulding consistency and make the mould cavity surface to Ra0.4, the rest Ra0.8. We have been serviced for relevant sealing manufacturers and won a good reputation from them.
