NingBo ZhengHai YongDing Fastener Co., Ltd., established in 2007, located at DuJiaAo Village, JiuLongHu Town, NingBo. This covers an area of 16000 square meters with 13000 square meters construction area.
We major manufacture high strength hex bolt, thread rod, stud double-ended and other nonstandard fasteners. Under the different standards of GB, ANSI, DIN, BS, AS ISO, and so on. The bolts grade include 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, A325, A490, A394, A449, etc; And the stud bolts include B7, B7M, L7, L7M and B16. Our producing range: Diameter: 5/16"-4", M8-M100,; Length: 16MM-6000MM. Our yearly throughput for bolt is 6000 Tons and for stud bolt is 10000 Tons. Now our products are widely export to America, Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East and so on.
We have more than 100 sets production equipment, mainly are: Various kinds of heat treatment equipment, hot forge bolts product line, multiple-cold forge equipment, entwist and threading machine. We also have more than 20 sets perfect set of testing machine, mainly are: 100 tons & 60tons tensile machine, charpy impact tester, material analysis instrument, crack detected machine, hardness tester, torque tester and so on. Products have been passed ISO: 9001~2008 Quality System Certificate. We have the advanced production management style, and control the products quality strictly for that we can cast back every batch products.
