Ningbo Hengrun polymers Co., Ltd is founded in November 2000, with a total investment of 25 millions dollars, the annual output reaches to 50 thousand tons of nylon 6. The company introduced the most advanced production technology and facilities from German AQUAFIL Company for producing high quality nylon 6 high-speed spinning slices with viscosity about 2.5. This product has high flow-ability, high strength, dyeing stability qualities and widely used in civil ware FDY, POY and HOY category. Part of products exported to Taiwan and well praised by customer. Our company 2.5 and 2.75 viscosity products not only used in engineering plastic, automobile parts, electrical industry and basic modified material for color masterbatch, the 2.7 viscosity products also used in producing BCF with leading quality.
Our company use specially designed Two-stage polymerization process line which can switch to bright, semi-dull and full-dull chip with stable quality. Proportioning adopt intermittent batch inputting pattern which can stable all control indexes of prepolymer. Pelletizing adopt German BKG normal temperature under water pelletizing system. Moreover, the company adopts most sophisticated monomer recover system in the world-Caprolactam direct recovery process (LDR) patented technology which ensured raw materials reach to 100% use. No wasted water, gas, residue and noise discharged from production, reach to national environmental protection requirement. Due to the high technology of process and continuous automated production, the comprehensive energy consumption of tons of polymer slice is low.
