Ningbo Green Textile Co., Ltd, established on May 6, 2014, is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. Covering an area of 73000 square meters, Ningbo Green is an manufacturer of cleaning items, such as cleaning cloth, cleaning towel, cleaning pad, sponge, household mop, brushes, wipes ect. Our cleaning products have been sold to Walmart, Costco, Homedepot, BJ's, Dollar General, Autozone and so on. We have 12 altra-sonic cutting machines with daily output 700, 000PCS, 10 automatic overlocking machine lines with daily output 200, 000PCS.

At the end of January 2020, in response to the call of government to jointly fight the epidemic, Ningbo Green is the government-designated manufacturer of masks. The company is equipped with one 1700 square meters 100000-level GMP workshop, two 10000-level laboratories, and two 2000 square meters dust-free workshops. It focus on the production and development of melt blown cloth, disposable face mask, disposable medical mask, surgical mask, children protective mask, children hygiene mask etc. The company successfully developed 5 melt-blown production lines with a daily output of 6 tons; 60 disposable mask production lines, with a daily output of about 4 million masks; And one ethylene oxide sterilization line, with 1.5 million sterilization mask per day.

The company has obtained the Medical Device Production Licence and the Registration License of Medical Face masks and Surgical mask. With ISO9001: 2001, ISO14001: 2004 certification, and BSCI audited, the company strictly in compliance with the quality management system and performs inspection on the structure, appearance, flow, microorganisms, PFE, BFE, breathing resistance, earloop tension, color fastness, and formaldehyde of every mask made. The products have passed the test of GB/T32610-2016, YY/T0969-2013, YY 0469-2011, GB/T 38880-2020 and other tests performed by TUV, ITS, SGS, Nelson etc. Now the mask has obtained EC PER certificate, FDA certification, Russia EAC certification, ISO13485 and 510K etc
