The firm was incorporated into a Limited Liability Company in 1987 at Abuja, Nigeria. Consequently was given its certificate of incorporation.
The company is known for its popularity in importation and exportation of many kinds of goods. It deals on such goods like computers and computer accessories, electrical parts, cars, motor and motor cycle spare parts, Textile, Toys, Chemicals and so many other products.

Furthermore, the above named company has been honored with so many awards because of its expansion and good services. It has also enjoyed unmentioned certificates from both governmental and non-governmental set-ups. We can also boast of annual turnover about 53. 8 million US$ which improves every year.
