Huairen Hongda Refractories Company Ltd., located in the south of Datong Coal Field and the center of deposits of hard kaolinite in coal measures in the city of Huairen, specializes in manufacturing and processing kaolinite in coal measures at the large scale in the area. According to the reserves reports, the recoverable reserves of the hard kaolinite in coal measures is 9 million tons, and the amount of raw materials mined by the company is 12 thousands tons.
There are 5 calciners of 150 m3, 1 powder grinder and 1 size grading line. 9000 tons of kaolinite in coal measures were calcined and 3000 tons of different sizes were processed in a year. Now the company is extending, and the design yield of raw materials will get to 17000 tons in September, 2000.
For adapting to the market and necessary of the customers, some mechanical facilities such as crane and forklift have been equiped. It can be loaded at all kinds of packages from small to large scale by the equipment. The kaolinite products can be transported quickly and conveniently to any harbors and areas in the country for the processing factory is positioned at 1.5 Km to the north of Tong-Pu train line(to Tianjin harbor is 569Km).
