As the leading producer of UUVs (Unmanned Underwater Vehicles) in China, Charpie Intelligence is devoted to manufacturing working class ROVs up to 5 tons, portable ROVs and AUVs (Autonomous Underwater Vehicles) of all sorts. Established in 2015 by two PhDs, Charpie has now worked with technology and mission partners throughout the country to develop and prove the ROV & AUV tool for a wide range of applications.

Every day, our products keep the Oil &Gas platforms free from downtime, find and retrieve objects in the water, inspect infrastructure both inland and offshore, and keep divers safe from hazardous conditions. Located in Shanghai, our engineers pride themselves on state-of-the-art customer support and easily operated and maintained underwater robotic systems.

- Our working class ROVs dive up to 3000m down into the ocean and complete various tasks day by day in the dark and unreachable, setting people free from the hazardous working environment of the deep ocean. Their application includes but are not limited to supporting the offshore Oil & Gas platforms, assisting scientific research missions, inspecting the subsea pipelines and keeping us free from terrorism.

- AUGs (Autonomous Underwater Glides) travel through the sea waters for thousands of kilometres silently and effectively, collecting all kinds of military and scientific data for as long as 6 months and feed it periodically to the onshore data centres via satellites.

- Ship hull cleaning robots keep the workers free from handling 3000bar water pipes in shipyards and at the same time shorten the time of cleaning and preparing huge cargo ship hulls.

- Portable ROVs are reliable and easy-to-operate underwater tools which can be applied in dam inspection, large fish farms and almost every underwater operation sites. They also protect the divers by providing real-time locations and make tracking much easier.
