ZiBo Dayang Flame Retardant Textile Co., Ltd is specialized in producing flame-retardant textiles for more than 25 year in China
The leading mainly products included in flame retardant knitting fabric, woven fabric, yarn-dyed fabric, piece-dyed fabric, printing fabric, table cloths and shower curtains, surgery gown, pajama and bedding sets.
We own flame retardant labs and testing equipments, and more than 20 well-experienced flame retardant engineers, devoloped many of new flame retardant products for airplane, train, hotel, hospital, furniture factory etc.
It passed flame retardant M1, BS5852 ignition 5, BS5867 PART TYPE B& C, BS7175 SECTION 3 SOURCE 5& 7. NFPA701, CFR1615/1616, CAAC, FAA, EASA, TB3237 and abrasion, pilling testing. Additionally, we also make multi-functional 3-in-1 fabrics(flame retardant /Water-proof/Anti-bacteria). It was widely used in the hotels, hospitals, theatres, homes, air planes and trains.
We are equipped with spinning machine and more than 100 sets of air-jet looms, rapier looms. It passed ISO9001, ISO14001 certificates and Oeko-Tex 100 certificate. Dayang dyeing and printing company is mainly engaged in dyeing, printing and coating of all kinds of woven fabrics such as polyester, spandex, cotton and knitted fabrics.
Our main equipment: Air flow dyeing machine, tube dyeing machine and jig dyeing machine, beam dyeing machine, heat setting machine, printing machine, coating machine, hot shearing machine, high frequency dryer, singeing machine, etc. All production lines have realized German computer centralized control, German dyestuff and auxiliaries automatic inhalation equipment, the laboratory is equipped with automatic feeding machine, color measuring instrument, color fastness to light, pilling, flame retardant test, Martindale rubbing and a complete set of production inspection equipment.
We have the excellent designer and technician for new product research and development. Many difficulty and high technical was solved by our teams.
