SPINCLE Chemical Shower is a system for disinfection and cleaning, which has the following five characteristics: Spray system: The use of special shower heads and pipes can fully disinfect and clean the inside of the equipment and the surface of the positive pressure suit. The nozzle is located on the top and side of the device, covering the entire shower without dead spots. Chemical dosing system: contains two reservoirs, respectively stock solution and liquid preparation, which are each other's backup. It can select the appropriate disinfectant and concentration according to different pollution levels and occasions. Supply and exhaust system: set on the top of the equipment, the exhaust air is equipped with a filter device, which can be disinfected in situ. It can control the number of air changes and differential pressure inside the shower unit, ensuring the indoor environment and human comfort. Life protection system: personnel must wear positive pressure protective clothing during the shower, in order to ensure normal breathing under the protective clothing, the equipment is equipped with positive pressure clothing air supply hoses on both sides, and equipped with quick self-closing joints, which is convenient for personnel to connect and pull out. The device is also equipped with an emergency escape function to protect the safety of users and the device itself in the event of any emergency. Automatic control system: accurate programmable control system, which can effectively ensure that the equipment completes all operations. The touch screen at the front can visually display the process parameters of the equipment and monitor accessories including pipe valves, sensors, lighting and more. It can also be linked with the central control system to realize remote control and data transmission.
