The rotary sample divider is composed of two main parts: an automatic sampler and a sampler. The automatic sampler uniformly sends the sample to an eccentric sampling funnel at a constant speed. The sampling funnel introduces the sample into the rotating porous funnel, and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the porous funnel and the gravity of the sample distribute the sample into the sample bottle. The entire sampling process is automatically carried out without any interference, The porous funnel of the sampling crown rotates at a constant speed of 110/minute per revolution at the fastest. The rotation speed is monitored by the controller and is not affected by load and voltage changes. The instrument always samples at a constant speed during operation.
