four. Instructions:
4.1 Add triethylamine and the level gauge reading is between 50-700.
4.2 Turn on the power supply and air supply, control the air pressure to 0.6-0.8Mp; low pressure blow pressure modulation 0.15-0.2Mp (display reading 150-200); boost blow pressure modulation 0.2-0.3Mp (display reading 200-300) High pressure blow pressure modulation 0.3-0.5Mp (display reading 300-500).
4.3 Adjust the set temperature of the temperature control instrument, adjust the gasification temperature to 70 °C-80 °C, and adjust the preheating temperature to 50 °C-70 °C.
4.4 Turn on the heating switch. When heating to the set temperature, the device will automatically stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the device will automatically heat up.
4.5 Adjusting the blowing parameters: According to the requirements of the core making process, the sand cores of different specifications are adjusted accordingly. Low pressure blowing time 3-12 seconds; boost blowing 5-20 seconds; high pressure blowing time 3-15 seconds; reserve amine time 1-5 seconds, amine time 1-6 seconds, two amines time can be used according to actual use When the amount of amine consumed is adjusted, the amount of amine spray per unit time can be adjusted to the speed of the amine pump. The total amount of amine spray per blow can be adjusted to the amine pump stop switch (20-120ml can be adjusted arbitrarily). In short, the actual amount of amine consumed should be controlled within the requirements of the core making process.
4.6 Manual blowing: press the blow amine to start, the blowing starts, and the equipment enters the low pressure blowing. At this time, a small amount of gas should be blown out from the air outlet of the blowing plate. When the low-pressure blowing time arrives, the equipment enters the boosting blow. At this time, the air flow rate of the air outlet of the air-blowing plate is changed from small to large, and the pressure is blown to the time, the equipment enters the high-pressure blowing, and the amine is stopped at the same time, so that the entire blowing pipe and the sand core are It is thoroughly cleaned, the high pressure is blown until the end of the blow.
4.7 Automatic air blowing: After the equipment is manually blown, the automatic blowing can be used. When the core shooting machine reaches the blowing condition, the core shooting machine control system sends a blowing start signal to the generator, and the blowing starts. The running process is the same as manual blowing, the generator is finished running, the blowing is over, and the generator control system sends a blowing end signal to the core shooting machine, so that the shooting machine enters the next step.
Fives. Safe operation:
5.1 Fireworks should be prohibited around the triethylamine gas generator.
5.2 Operators should be equipped with protective equipment.
5.3 The equipment is strictly prohibited from working at high temperature, and the temperature setting of the temperature control instrument shall not exceed 100°.
six. Common faults and troubleshooting methods:
1 Blowing does not start:a. Check if the amine position is in place.
b. Check if the air pressure is normal.
6.2. There is liquid amine blowing:
a. Check if the temperature of the regenerator is normal.
b. Check if the amine pump is normal.
Seven. Equipment maintenance and maintenance:
7.1 Before using the equipment, put a proper amount of clean lubricating oil into the oil mist of the pressure regulating valve.
7.2 The equipment and its surroundings should be kept clean.
7.3 The equipment should be in operation for a period of time to check whether the pipeline connections are sealed, and whether triethylamine and compressed air are leaking. If there is leakage of amine leakage, it should be handled in time.
