The YE4 series three-phase asynchronous motors are engineered to surpass the first-class efficiency standards delineated in the GB 18613-2012 'Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors'. Additionally, they align perfectly with the IE4 energy efficiency grade of the IEC 60034-30-1: 2014 standard.
This exquisitely designed motor boosts efficiency, fully meeting the state mandates for energy conservation and reducing consumption within the manufacturing sector.
Adhering to IEC60034 standards, the YE4 series motors boast impeccable installation dimensions. Their design highlights include a rational structure, stunning aesthetics, superior efficiency, minimal noise, high protection and insulation grades. These motors are versatile, suitable for driving various general mechanical equipment such as fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors, and transportation machinery. They are also robust enough for harsh environments found in sectors like petroleum, chemical industries, steel, and mining.

Field conditions:
YE4 series motors are versatile for diverse occasions and environments. They operate optimally within standard conditions of -20ºC to +40ºC and up to an altitude of 1000 meters.
Temperature rise and insulation:
Crafted with class F insulation standards (155ºC) and rigorously assessed under class B insulation (80K), these motors promise extended service life and outstanding reliability.
Cooling and ventilation:
A standard cooling method, Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC), is employed. Equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan, these motors strictly conform to the IC411 specifications of IEC 60034-6.
Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, these motors are designed for operation in dusty or humid environments. We also offer motors with enhanced protection levels upon request.
Motor protection:
Flexible protection options include PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices, available upon request.
Vibration:
The YE3 series motors adhere to Grade A vibration speed standards when operating at no load, with Class B motors available for special requirements.
Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motor operates at 380V/50Hz, with designs available for 50Hz motors within the 200-660V range. They maintain excellent performance even with a 5% deviation from the rated voltage.
