Materials:Kevlar PTFE Packing is braided from kevlar yarn impregnated with PTFE emulsion and processed with lubricant .
Character:It has good performance of chemical resistant,high resilience ,high rotation speed and low cold flow.Compared to other kinds of braided packing,it can resist to more serve media and higher pressure.It can be installed separately or combine with other kinds of packing.
Aramid packing has excellent high speed, high modulus properties (called artificial wire) it is three times the strength of wire, weight is five times lighter than wire. Therefore, compared with other types of roots, it can resist particle crystallization medium and higher temperature can be used alone or combined with other roots, suitable for easy wear medium containing solid particles, recommended for superheated steam, solvent, liquefied steam, syrup and other easy to wear fluids. It is a good asbestos alternative on the pump system.
Application of equipment:It can be used in rotary pump,valves,piston pumps,mixers,reactors in industries of pulp and paper,pharmaceutical,food,suger,chemical and petrochemical,power stations,steel mills anad many areas.
Application of medium:It is suitable for most chemicals ,water,steam,oil,,solvent,abrasive sand ,slurry and other gritty medium.Not suitable for highly concentrated acids,caustic solutions,alkali metals,and oxygen.
