ZP40-9 Rotary Tablet Press is extensively used in the production of 30g TCCA/disinfection tablets.

The ZP40-9 rotary tablet press is a mid-size model that has gained popularity across various industries, including chemicals, food, health, and beauty. It is a research and development product from our esteemed company, designed to press a wide array of granular materials into tablets of both round and non-round shapes. Ideal for producing larger tablets (e.g., Dia=30-60mm), it is particularly favored in applications such as animal medicine and artistic blocks.

The machine body features stainless steel packaging, and the tablet pressing room is designed with a new, fully enclosed Plexiglass structure, offering a bright and aesthetically pleasing appearance.

One of its notable applications is the production of 20g chlorine tablets. In China alone, over 60 sets of our ZP40 series machines are utilized for producing 20g/30g chlorine tablets. For instance, Hebei Jiheng Chemical and Tai'An Huatai Chemical are both employing our ZP40 series machines.
