The GXP series Hammer Mill contains a motor and rotor, unified on a shared foundation. Engaged through a coupling, the rotor is certified via a dynamic balance test, enabling it to revolve both forwards and backwards.
Safety measures include identical functioning doors outfitted with safety interlocks on each side. These doors simplify the replacement process of sieve plates and hammers and are crucial in inspection and troubleshooting. A prime feature of this efficient mill is the conveniently located feed inlet fitting all types of feed equipment.
Its special attribute includes a distinct sieve plate installed at the base of the Hammer Mill, introducing versatility in crushed material size by adjusting the sieve plates with diversified hole sizes. Usually, the end product sizing can range from 2mm to an extensive 30mm, manipulated as per requirement.
