The RC oil-based non-curing asphalt waterproof coating is a novel type of fluid and self-healing waterproof coating. It exhibits remarkable waterproofing effects and serves as an ideal solution for repairing substrate defects and cracks. Additionally, it can be effectively bonded with polyethylene, polypropylene, and polymer modified asphalt coil to form a composite waterproof layer.
The application of this material, which is a brush coated with polymer modified asphalt coil, enables waterproofing of basement floors and roofs. Additionally, it can be used to repair defects and cracks on concrete base surfaces, as well as various construction joints, expansion joints, and post-pouring belts.
1. Oil-based non-curable coatings can provide waterproof properties and also serve as adhesive pastes for waterproof coils, creating a composite structure for the waterproof layer.
2. Oily non-curable coatings exhibit excellent bonding capabilities with various types of waterproof coils (including EPDM rubber coils, polyethylene polypropylene coils, etc.), resulting in the formation of a composite waterproof layer.
3. Oil-based non-curable paints bond effectively with different substrates to form a protective skin-like waterproof layer, completely eliminating water channeling issues.
4. Oily non-curable paints have low moisture requirements on the substrate and can be easily cleaned with water after rain, allowing for efficient basement waterproof construction within shorter timeframes.
5. The construction process offers diversity and convenience. Hot melt application allows for mechanical spraying or coating techniques regardless of winter or rainy conditions.
6. Excellent constructability at low temperatures: there are no limitations on minimum temperature during spraying construction, enabling work under any weather conditions.
7. Adaptability to structural deformations is ensured due to the material's superior extensibility and cohesiveness; it prevents damage to the waterproof layer caused by structural changes. Particularly when used in conjunction with coil layers in composite applications, stress effects on the coil layer are minimized, ensuring long-term integrity of the entire composite waterproof system.
