Rotary feeder valve, also known as rotary feeder, is a special equipment used for unloading, metering, dedusting, quantitative transportation, mixing and packaging in powder (powder foam, granular materials, powder mixture) conveying system. It is mainly composed of three parts: main valve, reducer and protective device.
The main valve is also composed of housing, end cover, impeller, bearing, oil seal, gas collector, etc. With careful structural design, the rotary feeding valve has good air locking, high temperature and pressure resistance, anti jamming and other special functions. It can be used for powder transportation in chemical industry, environmental protection, petroleum, metallurgy, refractory, power, cement, plastic, grain medicine and other industries, and it can also be equipped with a mixing accelerator and three-way reversing valve, and the gate valve can be used in pneumatic conveying system, dust removal system, etc.

F. The polishing precision can reach 400 #, which is suitable for conveying food grade and drug grade materials;
H. Driven by cycloidal pin wheel reducer, equipped with frequency converter or stepless speed reducer to realize quantitative or variable transmission; When zero protection function is required in special applications, sensors can be conveniently configured at the end of rotary feeding valve to realize online monitoring and on-site monitoring.
