With PSA principles,
ETR medical PSA oxygen generator can
produce 93%±3% purity oxygen gas directly from compressed air. Compared with traditional Bulk liquid oxygen and cylinders oxygen,
ETR on-site PSA oxygen generator can
reduce cost down to 50 percentages.
Compressed air is purified through the air dryer and filters to a certain level for main generator to work with. Air buffer is incorporated for smooth supply of compressed air thus to reduce fluctuation of compressed air source. The generator produces oxygen with PSA (pressure swing adsorption) technology, which is a time proven oxygen generation method. Oxygen of desired purity at 93%±3% is delivered to oxygen buffer tank for smooth supply of product gas. Oxygen in buffer tank is maintained at 4bar pressure.

2.2 Oxygen filling system description
Eter oxygen cylinder filling plant is consisted of screw air compressor, refrigerant dryer and filters, air buffer tank, Eter PSA oxygen generator, oxygen buffer tank, oxygen booster and cylinder filling station. It can
produce oxygen with 93±3% purity and fill in cylinders. As a complete system, Eter oxygen cylinder filling plant can be widely used for oxygen gas station and hospitals.

3.1 ETR Medical Compressed Air System Working Flow
3.1 ETR Medical Compressed Air System Description
The medical compressed air system consists of the air compressor, general filter, aftercooler, precision filter, desiccant air dryer, air buffer tank, activated carbon filter, compressed air quality monitor, decompressor, valve, pipeline and terminal. The system generates compressed air through an air compressor, removes the impurities, oil mist and moisture in the compressed air through an adsorption dryer filter unit, delivers the air to the air storage tank and supplies it through a pipeline to the terminal equipment in the operating room, ICU and other inpatient wards after decompression.
4. Medical Negative Pressure system

4.2 Suction unit description
ETR has independently developed an integrated vacuum pump unit composed of a water-ring vacuum pump, a gas-water separator, a vacuum solenoid valve, pipe fittings and an electrical control system. It is a simple, safe and reliable device that continuously serves the wards all day long, without occupying the ward space. The negative pressure is sourced from the vacuum pump unit.

Warranty and service
The Guarantee/Warranty Period shall be a period of twelve months after on-site startup & commissioning or eighteen months after shipment, whichever occurs first. If any trouble or defect, originating with the design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics of any Goods, arises at any time during warranty period, ETR shall, at his own expense and as promptly as possible, make such alterations, repairs and replacements.
ETR can do paid services of on-site startup, commissioning, installation supervision, training, by providing purchaser with the services of qualified English-speaking
engineer at site. ETR shall obtain all permits and licenses required to perform the services under this Agreement.
