1.Cleaning part:
To clean out the middle and small impurity from wheat,corn,maize,dust, stone, magnetic material, wheat,corn,maize was bitten by insect and so on. Includes beating, screening, destoner, magnetic separator  and dampening.this section is make the wheat,corn,maize to prepare for milling part and to protect the machinery as well.

Include different number of mill and sifter to mill the maize and separate the flour and bran
Sifter: to separate the flour and bran, also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality.

3.Packing part:
The packing part can be manual one also can be auto one, this can be designed according to requirement and machine capacity

For the final production,the corn flour mill milling machine can produce maize grits,maize meal,maize flour,maize germ and so on.
The maize flour can do Fufu Ugali and so on,besed on different countries market.
The maize grits can do Beer,extruding snacks.
The maize bran can as the animal feed machine raw material

1)The machine pipes of milling section we use stainless steel,have three times lifetime than galvanized steel.

2)Gravity classification stoner:
The gravity classification stoner is a ket piece of equipment used in the processing of grains and seeds,including maize(maize).
It's designed to remove impirities such as stones,mud balls,and other heave materials from the product stream based on their specific gravity.

3)Japan technology degerminator can remove the bran better,produce super white maize flour.
The maize degerminator is a specialized piece of equipment used in the maize milling industry to remove the germ and bran from maize kernels.This process,known as degermination,is essential for producing high-quality maize flour or meal with a finer texture and improved shelf life.

4)Double layer stainless steel moisture damper,which can control the water during the maize cleaning section.
The dampener is an important component in grain milling operations,ensuring that the grains are properly conditioned for milling and contributing to the production of high-quality milled products.
It's ability to control moisture levels with precision and automation makes it an indispensable tool in modern grain processing facilities.


5)Double section sifter can produce different kinds of maize flour,maize grits and so on.
Good sealing to ensure that that machine dust is not raised.

6)Touch screen control system,smart technology,easy to operation.
One key start,control all the system by the touch screen.
