1. The machine consists of main frame, thermoforming system, temperature regulation system, heating system, pneumatic system, electric and computer control system, sheet split system.
2. Main Body: Welded or connected by steel profiles used for installation of forming, heating, cutting and auxiliary devices. The overall steel frame has sufficient strength and stiffness. All metal surfaces are anti-rust and the bottom has rust-proof paint. Interchangeable parts and standard parts are used in the structure for ease of maintenance and replacement of all components.
3.Forming system
1)Mold table:
Welded by steel profile and steel plate. The lifting is controlled by a servo driving motor. The driving speed , motion stroke and stopping position can be adjusted according to the forming requirements of the products . The Operation control parameters are set directly on the touch screen ,and it has multi-speed adjustment function. In order to ensure the stability of the movement, there would be force-amplifier device in the lower mold table which is driven by crankshaft and connecting rod synchronously .
2)The lifting of upper mold table is controlled by lead screw, gear motor and other components. The driving speed and position can be adjusted, lifting position is controlled by touch screen. It is quick and easy, reliable and stable.
3)The sheet-pulling system:
Sheet pulling is realized by servo motor driving transmission device . 45 steel girder rail.Injecting water inside the rail to realize long-term working. The strength is high enough to ensure that the sheet material go through the channel stablely. Double row sharp tooth chain maintain the sheet feeding stability in high-speed, chain tensity self-regulation, pneumatic driven make sure that there will not be damaged when the adjustment is improper.
4)Material receiving device: consists of servo motor,sheet clamping cylinder.When the product is formed and transported from the track, the material cylinder will clamp the edge of the product, then convey to the cutting machine for slitting.
5)Sheet Splitting: consists of gantry blade, cutting motor, supporting plate. when the formed product is sent into the gantry blade frame, the air cylinder will drive the blade and clamp the sheet, then the cutting motor will start and cutting the sheet , and the sheet will drop into the lay off box.
4.Electrical and computer control systems/safety facilities
1)There are numbers of protective measures in the machine, make sure each of the action that may collide with each other has a chain protection.
2)Safety door protection sealing device, adopt manual buckle, manual locking, increase the safety factor of the equipment.
3)The main electrical control system is controlled by PLC integrated module,and the human-machine interface is realized by touch screen, Chinese and English interface. All the operation parameters can be modified to make the equipment easy to operate and maintain.
4)The machine has manual/automatic mode, all setup operations are implemented on the touch screen, when the operator places the material well , press the automatic start-up button to complete the whole process for one time. It would last until the production of all material finished.
The manual mode is mainly used for mold change or sample control.
5)The power distribution cabinet contains a protective circuit, including over current, over voltage, under voltage, short circuit and overload protection. The heating element is protected with a fuse. Warning signs or Backup words are available for security issues that may cause damage to the system or artifacts. The control box is reserved for 5-10% space for future changes, and the cabinet is equipped with a filter and a protective cooling fan.
6)All non-movable cables and wires outside the power box are hidden in the cable slot for easy opening and repairing, and if this point is not possible, use a hose to fix.
7)Multiple "Emergency Stop" buttons, "Emergency Stop" forced to cut off the power of the device, so that there is no danger when pushing "emergency stop" button.
