STWD9005 mining equipment special polyurea is a 100% solid content aromatic polyurea elastomer. It has excellent impact resistance, anticorrosion, high wear resistance that has been applied in the processing mining spiral separators in Shanghai China, it has been widely used in the mining machinery in America, Europe and other regions as well.

Application note
  1. Agitate part B uniform prior to application, thoroughly mix the deposited pigments, or the product's quality will be affected.
  1. Spray polyurea within the proper time if the substrate surface is primed. For the application method and interval time of STWD polyurea speical primer please refer to STWD company's other brochure.
  2. Always apply STWD900 on a small area before large application to check the mix ratio, color and spray effect are correct. For detailed information of application please refer to the latest instruction sheet of the application instructions of STWD spray polyurea series.
