Center forming part
1. The heavy-duty design middle seal forming frame is not easy to shake and the forming is stable. 2. The first intermediate seal is formed and the material roll is continuously transported. 3. Guide roller design is adopted under the forming formwork to reduce tension and friction. 4. The traction is controlled and driven by variable frequency reduction motor.
Center sealing part
1. Bridge type heavy pressure middle sealing hot knife, 1340mm long, stable and independently controlled. 2. The guide roller design is adopted under the middle seal edge inserting plate to reduce the edge inserting friction.
The edge inserting disc can flexibly adjust the depth and the regularity of the edge inserting, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Feeding roller part
1. The bag feeding adopts the clamping design of double rubber rollers (driven by high-power servo motor). 2. The pressure of bag feeding rubber wheel can be adjusted independently on the left and right. 3. The swing arm adopts up-down lifting control and precision linear potentiometer detection. 4. The swing arm adopts precision pressure regulating valve to control the swing arm tension.
Rewinding part:
1. The winding adopts surface winding + central winding design. 2. The winding shaft is equipped with 6 "air expansion shaft and 2 interchangeable. 3. Hydraulic unloading is adopted, and the maximum coil weight is 300kg. 4. The winding adopts servo motor full-automatic tension control, the speed of the whole machine follows synchronously, and the operation is simple.
Control part:
The main control panel of the machine is displayed as a large screen touch screen human-machine interface in real time.
2. The whole machine control driver is driven by programmable PLC controller. 3. The whole machine has multiple safety operation warning systems and error warning screen prompt design. 4. Chinese and English languages are available for the operator to choose.
