Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory with two factories, around 500 workers, in a total 20000m2 workshop. With 20 years of apparel manufacturing experience, we support OEM&ODM. We hold a BSCI certificate and GORETEX's competency certificate, qualifying us to make Gore's COF&TOF products.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
For outdoor garments, the MOQ is 500 pieces per style. For motorcycle garments, the MOQ is 300 pieces per style.
Q3: How to know the price?
To determine the price, we need information on the style of clothes, fabric and accessories of the garment, printing method, embroidery, pattern, quantity of garments, etc.
Q4: What are your terms of payment?
We accept L/C at sight and 30% deposit with 70% payment against the copy of B/L. We also accept D/A 30 days and 60 days with a 1%-2% interest for insurance.
Q5: How long is your lead-time?
The lead-time is around 16 weeks if materials are not imported, but we adjust our production plan for urgent orders.
Q6: How to customize a sample?
Contact us with specific requests like fabric, style, artwork, quantity, size chart, color, etc. Sending a sample will help us create a customized sample accordingly.
Q7: How long can we receive samples?
Proto samples take around 10-15 days using substituted materials. For subsequent samples, we prepare correct materials in advance, taking around 10 days depending on quantity and complexity.
Q8: How to charge a sample?
Sample charge is 2 times the regular price to ensure strict quality control and professional craftsmanship.
