A Particular feature of this model is the powerful (230W) electrical motor which facilitates the operation of sausage preparation. This allows faster more efficient sausage production. With the aid of two controllers the motor can be switched on and off and the pressure of the piston can also be adjusted as desired. To lower the piston the foot pedal need only to be actuated. The advantage of this is that you have both hands free to continue working. The 1.9 m long cable of the foot pedal provides a lot of freedom; so that both sitting and standing work practices can be facilitated.
The working speed can be adjusted continuously via a controller. Another great feature is that the electric sausage maker automatically stops when the sausage mass has been completely processed.
With the four filling tubes supplied in sizes 16 22 32 and 38 mm you are extremely flexible in sausage production as you are able to determine the type and diameter of the sausage being processed.
