5. FILM PERFORATING WHEELS CAN BE ADJUSTED OR REMOVED EASILY.
6. ONLY ADJUST PACKING WIDTH AND HEIGHT BY HAND WHEELS WITHOUT CHANGING ANY MOLDS AND PARTS WHEN PACKING SIZE CHANGES. PACKING LENGTH CAN BE DETECTED BY THE SENSOR AUTOMATICALLY.
7. OPERATE EASILY AND CONVENIENTLY BY MOVEABLE CONTROL PANEL.
8. ADOPT SIEMENS PLC AND COLORFUL TOUCH SCREEN, OMRON TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER, TIMER, RELAY, SWITCH, AND SENSOR.

MACHINE LINE WORKING STEP:
- The conveyor 1 is the belt conveyor with pusher structure. This conveyor can connect with customer other machines line for feeding the paper roll automatically. The pusher will push the paper roll one by one into the conveyor 2.
- The conveyor 2 is the belt conveyor with a roll fall down structure, the paper roll will go and down into the conveyor 3.
- Next is the paper label machine without glue, this machine connect with the conveyor 3, label paper will be paging one by one, and the paper roll will down from the conveyor 2, label paper will put on the bottom of the paper rolls.
- Then is the RG-400 automatic heat shrink packing machine, in this machine will seal and shrink 1 paper roll.
- In the end of the machine RG-400 will connect with a turning conveyor, this conveyor will do the function of the transfer. The paper roll will down to stand position to the turning conveyor.
- After the turning conveyor is a deviding structure with conveyor, in here the paper roll will be devided into two lines for feeding.
- Next is the machine RG-730 automatic heat shrink packing machine, in this machine will seal and shrink the 6 rolls.
- After the machine RG-730 is an output conveyor, this conveyor will be better for collect.
