The L3C series is a derivative product of the L series, sharing the common feature of being cost-effective. Additionally, this series is specifically designed for the machining of long shafts.
3.Model Comparison, Make the Most of Resources
This series currently consists of three models: the orthogonal Y-axis power turret tailstock turning and milling compound machine, the power turret tailstock turning machine, and the turret tailstock turning machine. All three models are equipped with a tailstock structure, suitable for machining relatively long shaft parts, and can achieve 4-axis linkage processing.
The other two models are without Y-axis configuration. The power turret tailstock turning machine can achieve 3-axis linkage processing, while the turret tailstock turning machine is a heavy-duty turret model without milling functionality, offering significant advantages in turning long shafts.
4.Optimal Component Selection for Building Cost-Effective Solutions
The bed of this series of machine tools adopts an inclined rail bed, with a tilt angle of 45 degrees from the ground. The guide rail uses 35-sized roller guide rails, and the screw is a middle-sized 32-specification ball screw. The spindle adopts a heavy-duty spindle with a five-axis bearing structure.
