BLEND POLYOL LY7105

LY-7105 is a special polyol formulation developed by ZIBO GUIDE NEW MATERIALS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. It is designed for the continuous manufacture of sandwich panels. This polyol can be used with either CP or 141b as a blowing agent.

When combined with PMDI-ISO7105, LY-7105 is ideal for producing sandwich panels with a thickness ranging from 30 to 150 mm. These panels have a rigid polyurethane foam that meets the self-extinguishing B2 requirements according to the DIN 4102 fire test.

LY-7105 can be stored in tanks made from conventional materials used for these applications. To maintain the integrity of the material, it is advised to:

• Keep storage temperatures below 40 °C and above 20 °C.
• Blanket storage vessels and process tanks with dry air or nitrogen to prevent uptake of atmospheric moisture.
