NEWIN NWF series mixed flow closed type cooling tower
NWF series mixed flow closed type cooling tower adopts composite flow cooling technology. Air is simultaneously sucked in and passed through the coil and the PVC heat exchange layer. Through evaporation and heat transfer, the heat is taken away from the spray water, cooling the coil and the fluid medium in the coil.
Working: Flows the fluid medium that needs to be cooled in the high-efficiency serpentine heat exchanger. The external spray system continuously wets the surface of the coil for cooling, so that the cooled medium passes through the partition heat exchanger and sprays water heat exchange.

COOLING TOWER PARTS
1. Axial Flow Fan
Efficient axial flow fan drive system, take away the hot saturated discharge air produced during the heat exchange.
2. External Spray System
Spray cool water into heat exchange coil,continuously wets the surface of the coil for cooling.
3. Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
The fluid medium that needs to be cooled flows in the heat exchange coil, operation-closed loop protection of process fluids and equipment from external contamination.
4. MAH PVC Fill Film ( PVC heat exchange layer)
The water sprayed on the coils flows through the PVC heat exchange layer to be efficient cooled. MAH fill can lead water into the basin smoothly without splashing water, reduce noise.
5. MBD PVC Drift Eliminator
MBD drift eliminator is side mounted inside the tower, next to the coil and MAH fill, efficiently remove the exhaust air flow entrained water droplets, ensure heat tranfer efficiency.
6. Air Inlet Louver
Ensure cool dry air evenly sucked in and passed through the coil and the PVC heat exchange layer, Limiting sun exposure and microbial growth.
7. Heavy-duty construction
Modular structure, use the high quality of Z700 galvanized anti-corrosion plates (304/316 stainless steel for option).
8. Access Door
Into the tower inner maintenance platform through the access door.
