Outer skin: Japanese mochi skin, thin and smooth texture
Skin colour: Natural dark green (made of Japanese Nishio Matcha powder)
Taste: Chewy and soft
Shape: Circle or can shape in different mould (if customize order)
Mochi filling: Japanese imported red beans which is half grain red beans
Storage instruction: Must refrigerate -18°C
Shelf life: 12 months, once open can stay fresh up to 4 days

Every batch of stock:
1) randomly chosen for brix, taste and texture test
2) send for lab test & analysis.(TPC,E.Coli, Somanella,etc)
