Washdown Hose
Applications: The flushing hose for delivery of hot water and steam up to 165ºC, is particularly suitable for flushing in dairy farms, dairy products workshops, canned factories, aquatic product markets, and other food industry flushing work. It can also be used to transfer high-temperature fluid food. The hose can be reeled for application.
Advantage: Type WWF Hose is good flexibility.
Tube: NBR rubber, white, smooth, food-grade oil resistance, phthalates free
Reinforcement: High tension synthetic textile
Cover: Blue smooth NBR/PVC based rubber, oil resistance, anti-aging, anti-fouling
Temperature range: -20ºC ~ +100ºC , working pressure 20bar
Saturated or superheated steam: maximum to 165ºC, working pressure of 6bar

3. Can you send us a sample for quality test and product confirmation before our ordering?
Yes, we provide existing samples for free for customer checking. A little bit of sample charge for customer designs, and the sample charge is refundable after placing an order. The customer bears the sample freight.
4. How long is the lead time?
Usually 1-2 days for existing samples, 3-7 days for wholesales, 7-15 days for OEM.
