"Gantry Type Welding Machine Is The Special Automatic Welding Machine For Welding Ibc Tank Tubular Frame.IBCIntermediate Bulk Container Is An Essential Tool In Modern Storage, Liquid Transportation. The Ibc Tank Is Composed Of Inner Container And Metal Frame. The Metal Frame Is Made Of Bended Tubular Mesh.

Used for the production of IBC tonnage frame. The production process includes the welding of the galvanized pipe to the frame mesh, the bending of the outer frame, the insert riveting of the two ends of the screen frame after bending, the flattening and drilling of the connection between the bottom tube and the bottom plate of the screen frame, and the selection of steel for some parts.
