4. Snow Load: Maximum snow height in kilonewtons per square meter/millimeters.
5. Anti-Earthquake Level: Please specify the desired level of anti-earthquake capability.
6. Brickwall: Indicate if a brickwall is needed and the desired height (1.2m or 1.5m).
7. Thermal Insulation: Specify if thermal insulation is required and choose from EPS, fiberglass wool, rockwool, or PU sandwich panels.
8. Door: Quantity and size of doors in millimeters (width and height).
9. Window: Quantity and size of windows in millimeters (width and height).

Prefabricated House Materials

Our prefabricated houses are constructed using light steel structure, sandwich panels, roof tiles, doors, windows, covers, screws, and other necessary accessories. These materials ensure structural integrity and provide a comfortable living environment.

Types of Sandwich Panel

We offer the following types of sandwich panels:

1. EPS (Polystyrene) Sandwich Panel: Available in 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm thicknesses. It has a volume weight of 12kg/m3 and is water-proof.
2. Fiberglass Sandwich Panel: Available in 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm thicknesses. It has a volume weight of 60kg/m3.
3. Rock Wool Sandwich Panel: Available in 50mm, 75mm, and 100mm thicknesses. It has a volume weight of 100kg/m3 and offers fire-proofing, sound insulation, and heat preservation properties.
4. PU (Polyurethane) Sandwich Panel: Customizable. It is water-proof, fire-proof, heat-proof, heat-insulating, heat-preserving, and sound-insulating.

Available Colors
