Our company EASTAI is one of the leading China hydraulic honed tube suppliers and manufacturers located in Wuxi, Jiangsu. Our factory manufactures and supplies hone tubes (honed pipe) in a wide range of dimensions in material SAE1020, ST52, SAE1045, 4140 and stainless steels for nearly 30 years.
 
Our company covers an area of about 20000 square meters, and consist of a hydraulic cylinder honed tube factory and a factory for hard chrome plated shafts and chrome plated od tubing.There are around 180 workers in our company and about 20 of those in charge of quality and technologies.

* Reliable Packing: All the honed pipe will be oiled by the anti-rust oil before delivery. And to protect the inner diameter
surface of the honed ID tubing, we will cap the tube ends with plastic end caps, or if customer request we can weld a steel cap to protect the inner diameter of the honed id tubing during loading and unloading. And then the honed pipes will be packed with seaworthy package such as wooden cases or plastic bags.
* Strictly quality control: Our factory has a QC team of more than 10 persons. Every honed cylinder tube will be inspected before shipment. The inspections are carried according to corresponding standards and customers' requests, main test which including: Chemical Analysis Test, Tensile Test, Dimension Inspection, Roughness Test, Chrome plated thickness test, straightness inspection, and other tests according to standards and cusotmer's requirements.

Honed tube is well known as hydraulic cylinder tube in many industries. This is because honed tube is ready to use for hydraulic cylinder applications without further ID processing. This product is the most important materials for manufacturing hydraulic cylinders. And as this kind of tubing is usually honed in tube inside diameter, it is known as honed ID tubing also.

Honed tube for hydraulic cylinder is made of our factory's own cold drawn seamless tube (CDS tube), by honing process or Skiving & Roller Burnishing process.
 
PRODUCT STANDARD:
Our honed hydraulic cylinder tube is usually produced according to norms as ASTM A513, DIN 2391, DIN 1630, DIN 1629, EN10305-1, EN 10216-2, A 519, etc on customer's request.
 
SIZE RANGE:
We manufacture honed tubes in metric dimensions and imperial dimensions, size range from I.D 30 mm to I.D 500 mm (1.5″ - 20″), Wall thickness 3 - 50 mm (1/8″ - 2″)

MAIN APPLICATIONS OF HYDRAULIC HONED TUBING
Honed tubing and SRB tubes (skived and roller burnished tubes) are mostly used as cylinder tube, such as hydraulic cylinder tube and pneumatic cylinder tubing, which are widely used for manufacturing and repairing hydraulic cylinders and pneumatic cylinders.
 
As honed tube usually has very accuracy dimension tolerance and good surface smoothness, so this product is also used in applications where precision dimension or high smooth surface is need. In order to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and smoothly ID surface, the honing process involves using abrasive polishing stones and abrasive paper to remove small amounts of material.
 
Besides the honing process, we also use the SRB process (skiving and roller burnishing) to produce honed tubing.

Honed tube for hydraulic cylinder is ready to use for producing or repairing hydraulic cylinders without any further ID

E355 honed tubes are honed cylinder tubes made of material steel grade E355, and with standard of EN 10305-1. Actually steel E355 is equal to ST52 / St52.3. Usually this materials of honed tubes are describled as: cold drawn seamless honed tubes as per EN10305-1 /E355 +SR. +SR standards for the heat treatment for the honed tubing, which is stress relieved heat treatment.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDER TUBE OF MATERIAL SAE 1020

SAE 1020 cylinder tubes are honed tubes made of material steel grade SAE 1020, this steel grade is equal to Chinese steel grade 20#. Cabon steel grade SAE 1020 is a low hardness and low tensile strength alloy. Honed pipes of material SAE1020 is cheaper than ST52 honed pipes and can be used for various applications.

SAE 4140 honed tubes are cold drawn seamless honed tubes made of steel grade SAE4140. 4140 honed hydraulic cylinder barrel tubes usually are used for applications under high pressure & heavy duty. As the tensile strength and yield strength of SAE 4140 is very high. Steel 4140 is equal to German steel grade of 42CrMo.
