Automatic Rigid Box maker is professional equipment for production of high-grade covered boxes for its fine design, reliable performances and international advanced technologies. It employs PLC, photoelectric detector system, hydraulic rectifying system, HMI to automatically finish feeding and gluing paper, conveying cardboard, forming and pasting four angles of cardboard, positioning, and forming box in one time. It is applicable to make high-grade boxes for phones, shoes, cosmetics, shirts, moon cakes, liquors, cigarettes, tea, etc.

Features:
1. Nonstop case feeder and stacker.
2. Case is sucked down from the bottom of stacker and convoyed into the main machine by vacuum belt. No scratches.
3. The glue gun is installed on the guide and driven by servo motor. The movement is accurate.
4. Use pressure sensitive adhesive for gluing. The thickness of glue line is adjustable.
5. The box is automatic gripped and positioned on the case.
6. The case is corrected the position before positioning the box. Accuracy +/-0.2mm.
7. The case stacker and box conveyor is on same side which takes less space and only needs one worker.
8. It adopts the PLC system, five servo motors and numerical adjustment which make the operation friendly and easy.

Usually, we will send a technician to the customer''s factory to help the customer install the machine and train the workers. The period is 7-15 days (depending on the model). During this period, customers will pay for round-trip air tickets, hotel accommodation, meals, and local transportation.
Due to the pandemic, we currently suspended this service until the end of the epidemic. However, we will help buyer to install the machine online via wechat or whatsapp.
5.What''s the delivery time?
10-30 days after receive the payment.
6.How to confirm the quality of machines?
After the production and debugging of the machine is completed, we provide online demonstration services, so you can fully confirm the equipment.
