This Smart Card Cavity Milling Machine, designed by Guangzhou Mingsen Technologies Co., Ltd., is ideal for milling cavities in Smart Cards (IC card, SIM card, GSM card, banking card, etc) and ACF DI cards. It can also be equipped with the optional ATS (antenna touch system) for DI card cavity milling.

• Two card input modules with vacuum system and card sensing for double card and missing card detection.
• Mechanical positioning system for higher accuracy compared to traditional cylinder systems.
• High-speed spindle motor with water-cooling system.
• X Y Z motion control by servo motor with accuracy: X-Y axis ±0.015mm, Z axis ± 0.015mm, flatness ±0.005mm.
• Z axis depth adjustment by servo close loop control.
• Dust and shavings vacuumed by a vacuum chamber.
