ST001 laser coding equipment (internal code)

Overview:
      After manual feeding, automatic QR code recognition is performed, and the robotic arm automatically picks up the material.

Composition: Conveyor module, laser engraving machine

Action description:
       Manually place the product into the product carrier, press the start button with both hands, and the conveying module (motor driven screw drive) will transport the tray to the laser engraving position. After the laser engraving is completed, the conveying module will send the tray to the material level on the winding line and wait for the mechanical gripper to grasp it.

ST003 TIG Welding Equipment 

Overview:
    The product is driven by a double speed chain, and the TIG welding machine automatically loads and unloads materials, performs automatic welding, and performs CCD detection.

Composition: Double speed chain, TIG welding machine, CCD detection of copper ball position.

Action description:
      The double speed chain moves the pallet to the feeding position of the TIG welding machine. The TIG welding machine grabs the products on the pallet product seat through the handling mechanism and sends them to the electric cylinder transfer mechanism. First, it scans and records the code, and then transports the products to the welding position. The welding machine performs automatic welding. After welding the finished products, the handling mechanism places the products back on the pallet, the lifting and positioning mechanism descends, and the double speed chain transports the pallet to the next workstation.

ST004 Cutting and gluing detection equipment, tunnel furnace drying

Overview: Qualified TIG welding products will be cut, tested for resistance, and coated using a cutting and coating machine. The handling robot transports the finished adhesive product to the industrial oven tunnel furnace conveyor line for drying.

Composition: Gluing machine, tunnel furnace

Action description:
       TIG welding qualified products are sent to the gluing equipment through a handling mechanism for copper bar cutting, DC resistance testing (automatic code scanning for testing), black glue coating, and black glue detection (IV2 image sensor for testing). After gluing is completed, the code is scanned again (automatic), and the product is grabbed by the handling mechanism and placed in the tunnel furnace. The tunnel furnace uses plate chain transmission, and the product is laid flat on the plate chain, After drying, it will be sent to the cooling area for cooling. After cooling is completed, it is slid onto the conveyor belt via a slope.

ST005 Ultrasonic Welding Equipment

Overview:
      Manual material collection and threading, ultrasonic welding and cutting of excess thread ends

Composition: Ultrasonic welding machine, IV3 image sensor

Action description:
        After the manual threading is completed, the product is placed in a fixed position and scanned to collect information. After the information is collected, it is placed in an ultrasonic welding machine for welding. Before welding, the ultrasonic welding machine uses an IV3 image sensor (Keyence) to check whether the color of the wire sequence is correct. The wire harness is automatically welded, and after welding is completed, excess wire ends are automatically cut. The image sensor then performs welding area detection, and the finished welding product is manually removed.

ST006 High and Low Voltage Testing Equipment

Overview:
       The tray is transferred to the low-voltage and high-voltage stations for testing.

Composition: High voltage instrument, low voltage instrument

Action description:
      The scanning gun scans and collects information, and the speed chain sends the product to the low-voltage testing position. The product testing station with a plug is positioned by the line body, and the PIN mechanism is pushed up from the side to achieve power connection. The lifting cylinder descends to precisely position the tray, and the rotor reaches the testing position. The testing machine starts testing, and the loose wire product is connected to the power supply from the bottom top copper plate. The testing rotor extends into the center of the product from the top for testing, and the low-voltage testing is completed, The scanning gun scans and collects information, and the speed chain sends the product to the high-voltage testing station. The testing station for products with plugs is connected to the power supply by the top PIN mechanism, and the loose wire products are connected to the power supply from the bottom top copper plate for testing.
