ST001 Terminal assembly                                  

1.Device capabilities :
   
      The operator picks up the iron core material with insulation (after injection molding) from the turnover box, places the terminal manually, and the cylinder presses the terminal into the plastic shell. Manually place the straight strip into the stator feeding and plastic layer pressure tester.

ST002  Stator loading and pressure resistance testing of plastic layers.

1. Device capabilities :
     
        After the operator picks up the iron core material with insulation (after injection molding) from the tote box, automatically loads the material, and after the pressure test, the straight line of material is put on the line to the fixture (special shaping, clamping station)

2. Device configuration :
     
       (1) Straight stator storage mechanism; the storage time is not less               than 20 minutes

ST003 Straight stator winding machine

1.Device capabilities :
     
      The loading and unloading manipulator automatically picks up the material from the conveyor line tooling plate, and automatically loads and unloads, winding, crosses, ,winding clamps and cuts the line and other functions

2.Device configuration :
     
     (1)The customized wire frame can ensure the quality of high-speed lower winding and ensure the spindle speed: 6000rpm (Copper wire) 
     (2)The whole wire can be compatible with 10-20mm laminated iron core (the die head of the winding machine needs to be replaced)
     (3)Wire diameter range:  diameter 0.2-0.55mm (aluminum wire or copper wire)
     (4)It has the functions of broken wire detection, residual line shortage alarm and so on 
 

ST004  Automatic wire cutting

1. Device functions:

       The device fixes the stator after winding and automatically cuts off the enameled wire ends.

1.Device capabilities:
       
       Manually store the straight stator into the storage area. The equipment places the straight stator on the tooling of the automatic transmission line.

ST006 Enameled wire terminal welding

1.Device capabilities :
       
      The device automatically welds the terminals of the straight stator together with the enameled wire.

ST007 Stator Circle & welding.

1.Device capabilities :
   
           The material transfer manipulator automatically removes the stator from the conveyor line tooling, and pre-assembles the circle and the fine group circle (laser welding). The pre-assembled circle adopts pneumatic; the precision circle uses a hydraulic cylinder to fasten the straight stator stamping plate on the inner hole base, and the press-fit assembly is set above to align the straight stator interface, and then laser welding is carried out.

ST008 Stator tester                                  

1.Device capabilities :
   
        The stator is automatically placed at the test station; the stator performance test is 2 stations. The finished product is off the line to the next process (the product should be positioned), the unqualified product is unloaded to the unqualified area; the qualified stator is manually put into the material box for sealing; and the line head is cut and recycled
